Default 07 Uplander check engine light is on

I am a little irritated at the moment. I got gas yesterday morning around 515am and this morning around the same time my check engine light came on. so I tightened the gas cap thinking this might be the problem but the light is still on..........what do I do ??? should I wait a little while longer before calling the dealership ????

Welcome to the forum :-) I would wait a bit( a couple of drive cycles) its very possible it was just a not fully seated gas cap. You can try having the code read at an auto parts store and if its an EVAP large leak. It was most likely the gas cap not seated.

Most auto parts stores will read the code for free - there are 2 separate codes: 1 for a small EVAP leak and one for large.

I agree with the others though...give it a little time as its likely your gas cap.
