Default 2007 Uplander A/C

My rear A/C only blows air from the floor vent. I was able to get air from the overhead vents. I have tried the Air control valve in all positions with no change. I have attempted to use the control from the DVD screen and have not been able to change the air from the floor vent. The back of the van is hard to cool when using only the floor vent.

Anyone had this problem or knows how to fix the issue?

Thanks, Jack
