cargo van question

I have a chance to buy my work cargo van (2007 Uplander) for a reasonable price. Was wondering if under the rubber cargo mat were the attachments for the second row seats? I dont want the third row.

I would imagine so....my '08 Cargo actually has 2nd row captain's seats and the rubber cargo mat throughout...
