Default Leaking by the cat

Hey ladies and gents! So in the quest to fix this 2006 Uplander that I got railroaded on I got out of it yesterday and heard drip,Pssssst,(sound of something liquid dripping on something hot) so I look under didn't see a dammed thing but I did figure it's coming from the right around the catalytic converter area, say under the middle row seats, any ideas on what I should check out? I think this was a flood car, there's a lot if evidence that it might have sat in water for a while, there was algae in the radiator, but that's not all that's giving me this idea, the van actually runs great, hasn't stranded me anywhere, but it's gut TLC issues that come with most 150 thousand miles vehicles, thanks in advance,I always get good advice here!
