Random Cylinder Misfire

Random Cylinder Misfire
I own an 06' 3.5 l Uplander and I have a couple Questions for those of you that have the knowledge who may be able to help me!
1) Does anybody know about the flickering of all light's? Headlight's , dome light , and dash lights flicker fairly consistanly. Is this a norm for this model, that is what the dealer tells me. Is their a fix that they are not telling?
2) How the hell do you change the plugs and wireset? All of a sudden today when I was driving to the store it started sputtering. I took it to my local Auto Zone and plugged it in and the Diag. said RCM (random cylinder misfire). I was told and also assumed that meant plugs and wires. How do you get to the rear plugs and wires? Can you, or do I have to get soaked by a repair shop to have them do the 3 I cannot?
I look forward to your words of wisdom and experience, I love this van!
