Default winter tires

I have a 2009 uplander with tire pressure monitor.If i buy and install winter tires with new wheels and no tpm valves will i have a tpm alarm? Is it possible to disable this alarm?

Assuming that the 09 is the same as the 08...

Will you have an alarm? Yes
Is it possible to disable it? Not that I'm aware of

hi, I have the same problem. i have a separate set of winters mounted on rims without sensors that I had just installed on the car today.

all you get is the yellow, tire monitor light on.

no big deal.
