Default 2000 Chevy Venture Failed Inspection

Hello everyone,

I went to go get an inspection, and my wonderful 2000 Chevy Venture that seems like it is falling apart, failed for the following reasons.

OBDII Codes

p0442 Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (small leak)
p0742 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Stuck On
p0757 Shift Sloenoid "B" Stuck On

Can anyone please explain the bottom two errors, or point me in the right direction(Google hasn't been my friend lately)?

*Is there anything that I can do to reset/fix the issues myself?

Thanks in advance,

-Kirk "The non-mechanicaly inclined Venture owner"
