Driver side window, doesnt' always go back up??

Default Driver side window, doesnt' always go back up??
My drivers side window just started acting up. It rolls down fine, but when I go to roll it up, it wont' budge until I flicker the the window switch up and down 100 times. Bad switch or window regulator?
