Default more window problems

Have a 2003 Venture, the power windows quit working every now and then. I traced the problem back to a relay under the dash. I had no power at the fuse block so it traced the blue wire back to this relay. Only thing I could find wrong was the voltage on the on relay block was only 10.3 volts ,other relays show battery voltage. Is this not enough to engage the relay? I cant find any diagrams that go back farther than the fuse block. Is there some kind of module that powers this? Does anyone know where I can get more wiring info? If nobody knows anything I am just gonna wire the windows direct to the battery with a fuse, windows do work this way. (it is a beater anyway) Thanks for any help you can give me. Jeff.

Wish I could help. I can find lots of wiring diagrams for the windows but none show what the voltage should be. Have you checked for corroded terminals or other reasons why the voltage seems low?

Thanks, Took the hillbilly route and ran power direct from battery. I would have checked but was unwilling to tear the dash apart further.

I guess whatever works for you. I know it's a hassle to pull the dash out, almost as if it was designed to be difficult.
