Upper left is the OEM part. Lower left is the sleeve the goes over the part so it can bolted. Upper right is the two-bolt replacement. It won't fit the sleeve, nor will it bolt properly to the truck. The lower right is the 4 bolt replacement. It will bolt, but the resistors are different and it doesn't match the OEM part number.
