Same issue, pcv valve goes in the hole at the bottom then a hose goes up to air intake. Not sure if a T goes above the pcv so you can connect the little vacuum hose to it but thats what it looks like and i saw a T like that on rock auto. Any information you can share with me would be appreciatted if you figure anything out. I will post agian if i fix it.
