I have had a P0300 on my 03 Silverado for 3 years. We threw thousands of dollars of parts into it. I bought this scanner for a little less than 200.00 and it showed me which cylinders were misfiring. It showed me 3 and 6. I just replaced the plugs and wires so I got 2 coil packs and finally no more misfiring
