My 1996 Lingenfelter Tahoe: One of a kind black 2-door Tahoe. Its got 400hp and 500lbft of torque. Damn fast...it pulled a 13.8 in the 1/4 mile when motor trend tested it. It cornered at .95g on the skidpad as well.

Major engine mods: Engine bored to 6.5L or 396ci Lingenfelter SuperRam intake, aluminum heads, forged steel crankshaft, custom camshaft, stainless steel valves, aluminum pistons, K&N air filter, custom radiator, Borla exhaust.

Other mods: Bell Tech lowering kit, Rancho shocks, ( REMOVED ) high-rate torsion bars, front/rear anti-roll bars, custom torque converter, reprogrammed transmission, Baer racing brakes.

That is awesome. Looks very similar to my old 2000 Tahoe Limited except mine was 4 door and no where near as fast

Thats cool. Reminds me of a larger version of the Typhoon being low and black. The smaller tires sure make a difference in the acceleration don't they?

Love the Tahoe North, for some reason I'm a fan of the 2 door. Hmmm, don't know why.

Yeah I wish I had more 1/4 mile stats but i wasnt the one to make the pass. I still have all the suspension components that i removed and ive considered installing them again, but the ride comfort is horrible with it in. With all the original equipment and the wheels/tires that John put on there it cornered at .95g. I never tested this but motortrend did a writeup on the car.
