454 rebuild please help

I have a 454 engine 1974 is bored out .030 over n 290 cam if it matters i was wondering what kind of msd ignition should i get i have stock heads ported and machined any suggestions

i like the 6al box with the adjustable timing **** for inside the car to back off the timing for crappier fuel
