Default Can you make a 1990-95 G-Series look like a 1971-77?

Was approached about the idea of putting 1971-77 front sheetmetal, lights and grille on a 1990-95 G-series because I love the look of the 1971-77, but was told that I'd be better off with a 1990-95 a a daily driver.

Is this possible?

Anything is possible...how difficult and costly is the real question.
First I would try to see if any retro parts are available through jc whitney or other aftermarket dealers.....

I would think so... The sheet metal appears to have been the same with the exception of 95... wikepdia says the nose was longer.

Basically you would be looking at a grille, bumper, headlights and mirrors. Get a van with the single headlights. You could probably change up the wheels too.

I'm not saying everything would be bolt on.. but with some clever modifications, I bet it would work.
