In a car club. Want to make Truck look nice. Cheap things to make it stand out. Help!

Me again. Last time it was HP. Well my friends and I started a small local car club. I want to do things to my truck to make it stand out. So far I know I want to do the following:

-Cold air intake
-New interior colored lighting
-Plastadip
-New head light HID's

Can anyone think of some other things along these lines to do to a 05 Colorado?

I am a motorcycle guy so I've seen a lot of custom vehicles at various bike/car shows. One of the things that seem to stand out are customized seats. Whether it's on a bike or in any other type of vehicle. When someone takes the time to do it, it always gets noticed.
