Default Rims, rims, rims....

My 2000 has the stock 16" rims. I'd like to replace those with 17" rims and install a wider tire. The tires are the easy part: the stock tires are 245/75R16. 265/70R17 is almost identical in everything except width. They're about an inch wider.

First question is about offset. The stock wheels are spec'd with a -8mm offset. If I get the new rims with the same offset I split the difference and add 1/2" to both the inside and outside of the tire. To maintain the same inside clearance I need a rim with -21mm offset.

I've been trying to find rims, and none of the web suppliers (tire rack, discount tire, etc) provide a way to search for rims by size and offset.

Where does one buy wheels with the correct offset?
