Default Airbag waring light

Airbag warning light came on a few day ago and has stayed on. disconnected battery to try and reset it, but still says on. Guessing the sensor/sensors are bad? Any suggestions.

Default RE: Airbag waring light

most of the time when srs systems go bad it is either a discriminating sensor or the horn spring goes bad. take it to a shop!! there are alot of ways you can activate that air bag so dont try this at home sorry i've been a mechaninc and you dont want to get involved ive done deactivation processes that are 30+ steps airbags are a pain in the ars. and you could set that airbag off with less than a half a volt.
