My ECM fuse keeps blowing in my fuse box on my 2001 chevy venture. Does anybody know what the problem could possibly be. My car won't start because of it

It's the fuse box under the hood, it's on the left side #33, and it's a 10amp

if the fuse blows as soon as a new one is installed, find the pcm and unplug the c1 connector....install a new fuse and see if it blows right away.
