Default TPMS reset failure

Hey guys, looking for some insight on a problem:

Attempting to reset my TPMS, as the dashboard is calling for servicing the system.

I had had done this process successfully several years ago, no problems. This time however, when I release pressure from the rear passenger tire, I never get the beep confirming the tire has been reset?

What could this be? Thanks in advance for any help!

When I start the car, the little "tire" symbol flashes for about 10 seconds after all the other lights stop. Then it changes to solid. The message displays on the dash LCD screen "service tire press monitoring system".

have someone with a tpm tool register all the sensors. Replace any of the sensors that will not relearn.
You can buy a tool that will learn gm sensors for $80. You will be into at least $50 for a shop to diagnose this.
