HELP PLEASE! 1999 Chev Tahoe Interior Dome & Door Lights

Smile HELP PLEASE! 1999 Chev Tahoe Interior Dome & Door Lights

I am new to this forum. No interior lights come on when door(s) are open. What's the problem? What do I do? How do I fix this? Thank you!

Always look at the obvious first. Check all the fuses as they may be marked as something other than they are.

All the fuses in the dashboard are good. I can see the pop out button thingy right above the fuse box but I don't know how to get it out.

There is a fuse box under the hood. Also check all of those fuses.

I'm new to the forum also, I was just browsing around and found this post. If its not the fuses make sure to check and see if the button that controls your interior lights is pushed in. It should be right under your headlight selector. Sometimes mine don't come on and I have to push it in and out serval times. Also the door and a pressure sensitive button on the side paneling right above the fuse box. Theres also another one on the opposite door in the same spot. A wire could be loose there. Hope that helps some!

I did, THANK YOU! ;-) They are all ok. Now ? I will look for the door switches. I don't know where the one(s) are for the rear doors. Treasure hunt time! :-D
