Default 383 too much for a 91 s10?

I've got an extended cab s10. I'm building the motor right now and i'm wondering if i should leave the bored 350 alone, or go ahead with the 400 crank for my 383.

I'd go for it. No shame in having a stroker!

You can get just as much HP out of the 350 bored, what you gain in the stroker is torque. So it's all in the gearing and suspension, as far as wheel hop goes.
