Default all 4 turn signals & turn flasher out, but hazards working fine

All 4 of my turn signals are out. The turn flasher on the dash does not work-- no click or flash.

However, the hazard signals and the hazard flasher works great. They use all the same bulbs, therefore it must be a turn switch failure right?

Is there a way to repair this without buying a whole switch assembly ($157, rockauto.com)?

The turn signal fuse was fine. There was voltage at the turn signal connectors. I replaced the turn signal flasher relay ($4), and problem solved.

I was about to recommend changing the flasher.
