Default 2000 S10 misfire

I have a 2000 chevy s10 4.3 the injectors went on it and I replaced them with the conversion kit also replace the cap and rotor, vehicle now starts and ran, however it now misfires on mostly 3 and 4, it will start and idle fine and at first it runs normal even under higher rpm, however after a short bit it will start to misfire. the only codes i have is random misfire. does anyone have an ideas aboutwhereto go with this? Did you replace the plugs and wires along with the cap?

If you put a new rotor and cap on I would repalce the plugs and wires. Then everything will be new.

and then the problem may go away for a while, but when it returns let me know how you get it fixed. I've been dealing with a 98 blazer for 2yrs, few thousand dollars, and mechanics that have changed everything except fuel pressure reg. and pump so far. I can't wait till someone figures this out.
