hi i have a 95 zr2 pickup the truck has 209000 miles but motor and trans both changed @ 30,000 ago the truck developed a misfire and check engine light just flashes (no code) my first step was a full tune up
cap,rotor, plugs, wires, and fuel filter no changes .the spider,egr valve ,and fuel pump were all replaced about 3 months ago all with ac delco parts. the distributor was replaced about a year ago with new not rebuilt as well as the coil . the crank sensor and temp sensors were replaced at time of motor. any sugestions? p/s this is a (w) code engine

 

New does not mean good. If the light is flashing there has to be codes. When does it misfire? Idle? Accelerating?

 

have tryed 2 different scanners both say no fault detected ? the truck misfires at idle and up to 2500 rpm . above 2500 it seems to smooth out
