I had a question if anyone could answer. Is the fuel filter replacable and do I have to drop the tank to replace it???

Default RE: Fuel filter

I didn't see year or engine size listed in your post?

I looked-up the filter in a parts book. It appears to be a standard inline filter, quick disconnect. I'm not sure where the filter is located, you might follow the fuel line underneath, see if you can locate it.

I don't know why they are called (quick disconnect) seems like I always have to fight with this type, to get the lines loose. I'm sure nobody has any problems with this type filter, except me.

They should be called (quick connect) fittings, they are fairly fast, the fuel lines just snap onto the fittings.
