I have always been a chevy fan,but with all the issues out there with the trucks of this time period it will be hard for me to look at another GM product if they don't step up to some of these issues.

1. Replaced gauge cluster(actually had a recall)
2. Had to replace both front wheel bearings
3. Had to loosen steering shaft every so often and work the grease in it.
4. A/C acuator needs replaced
5. Brake Line corrosion issue.
When towing a trailer with approx 2000# of materials on it, I was coming up on a red light, when I applied the brakes everything was going as planned then the pedal hit the floor (Yeah I had one of those WAKE UP LEROY!!! moments.After researching on the internet I have learned that the Naional Highway Saftey people are investigating 6.2 million GM trks SUVs with this brake line issue but no recall as of yet.

Funny out of all these issues the only recall was the gauge cluster,Guess they wanted you to know just how fast you are going when your brakes went out and you hit something or someone.
