Default 2000 Silverado Fans controls
The fans inside the cab work only on # 3 and # 4 for fan speed for heat and AC. If I replace that unit that has the fan speeds, temp control and air flow direction will that fix the issue of not have a fan speed of # 1 or # 2?

Or is there something else wrong with the fans?
