Default 1993 z71 - can't find under hood fuse panel

Replaced head gaskets on truck. Now I'm not getting spark. I'm getting 12v to the ignition coil, but not out. Pickup coil is good.

Where is the under hood fuse panel? Is there one? Traced the positive wire from the battery and both go straight to the starter.

*It's not above either tire well either.

Fuse block under the hood should be straight up from the drivers side tire.
The other I believe should be on the side of the dash facing the drivers side door.
