Default 1990 K1500 front end

I bought a 1990 Silverado last week and I noticed the front tires have a negative camber, it's really bad actually. It has after market rims and 33" tires. I took it to goodyear and they basically said I need extended upper a arms, which he also told me you can only get these in a kit which would cost me $1,400 with labor. Any idea where I can get these without the kit so I can do this myself? I can't afford to pay that much to correct the camber and it's already aligned as far as it will go. Any help? Thanks!
