Default Rear end compatibility for a 1990 suburban

Hi all, I have a 90 model burb that has started making some rear end noise. Its a 1500 2 wheel with a 373 in it. In my search for junkyard rears I figured out mine is pretty hard to find. I have located one three hours away with 80000 on it for 550 which I thought was steep given that there are several 342 or higher for half that down the street from me. In my search I found a 96 tahoe 373 with 65000 for under 300. Will it fit???? Ive searched for over two hours now and have come up with two yes and one no answer. Thanks for any info
