95 or later dash in a 98 2500 cheyenne??
Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum and I already did some searching but with no luck, I decided to post a new thread.
I have a 1998 Chevy Cheyenne 2500 pickup. It has a cracked dash in a few spots, and I have found some 96 and 94 1/2 ton pickups at the local pull-a-part. The only concern I have is that in all the pictures I can find they all have the drop style dash on the passenger side (pictured here about halfway down the page)
1996 Chevrolet C1500 Pickup Used Parts - Stock #9J6127
The dash I have appears to be the same on the drivers side, but notice the passenger side with a slot where an air bag would be installed. I don't have an airbag, so I'm hoping this would be a do-able swap.

Please let me know if you have ever done this, or know someone who has?! I'm just looking for some concrete evidence that this will work! THANKS!
