Default Change wheels on 2500HD from 16 to 18

I am considering a change from 16 to 18 inch wheels on a 2010 Silverado 2500 HD diesel. Will I run into any issues other than the speedometer being off? Can the speedometer be adjusted? I tow a 13000lb fifth wheel, will it change the towing characteristics?

Thanks,
Dave

If the tire size is the same or close you won't have any problems.
