Do i need tie rod sleeves with leveling kit?

Today I ordered a 2" RC leveling kit for my 09 silverado 1500 4wd, it shows hd tie rod sleeves as a recommended accesory, do i need them or will it be ok?

You'll be fine without em. Only use em if your offroad hardcore a lot or if you have 4wd and are doin a lot of 4wd launches
