Drivers side seat back wont lock in upright possition

Drivers side seat back wont lock in upright possition
Hello all. I have a 1998 Silverado. I tipped the seat forward to get to the rear seat and when I went to put the seat back to its stationary spot the back wont stay locked in upright position! The bottom portion does but not the top. Any thoughts or a digram I can get to? I dont see anything out of place looking under the seat, but I also dont know what to look for. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again!
