Default Electrical Issue

Hello everyone,
I have a 2001 v8 silverado.
Recently, I have been noticing electrical issues. When the truck is running on the freeway there are no issues. The issue starts when I'm driving in the city. When the truck slows down and the rpms drop, so does the current on the truck. The battery gauge will drop from 15V, to 11.5 to 12V.

Ive taken my alternator to get checked twice at my local autozone store, it checks out fine.
Any suggestions?

If the alternator is actually good. Check to make sure the belt is tight and there is no slipping.

I went ahead and replaced my alternator and battery and the issue is still there.

Must be in the wiring or a bad ground.
