Welcome to the forum. Does the gauge needle do the sweep during the bulb test, i.e., when you first turn the key on? When did the problem start? Was this an abrupt or gradual thing?

Yep sure have had this problems last time i had to mess with my fuel pump the float in there got stuck i just dropped the gas tank down again and worked that arm that the floats on a little bit and it was good also a wire coulda popped out of the harness inside hope this helps but dropping the gas tank or taking the bed off to check it kinda sucks. but it is much cheaper to do it yourself at least in idaho the shops wanted way too much

It is a 2007 2500 hd
That's the first step we were going to do bring down the tank and check the floater! cleveland63b where is this sending unit located?
