07 LTZ air leaking from back glass
With the AC running I can feel and hear air leaking from the lower edge of the back hatch glass. Does anyone else have the same problem?

I haven't had any leak issues with the rear glass.
It's not normal for the air to flow at rear glass. There are rear vents to release pressure and fresh air comes from front.

The exhaust vents for the flow-thru ventilation system can only accommodate so much air flow, if you have both the front and rear blowers on high the system exceeds the total cfm volume of the vents, the excess pressure in the cabin will be relieved via the rear glass just as you describe, it is normal.
We initially had the rear glass hatch set tight so it would not vent but then the air would rush thru the door panels and handles and cause a whistling noise.

While towing a cargo trailer I am also getting a loud whistling sound from the rear of the Tahoe. I am guessing that it's coming from the rear hatch glass. I owned a 2000 "new" Tahoe LT(112,000 miles) before and never had any of these problems.

Have your rear cargo door and lift glass latches adjusted, it sounds as though yours aren't quite snug enough.
Also keep in mind that at highway speeds there is a tremendous low pressure zone created between the rear of the Tahoe and the front of the cargo trailer, every vehicle will react differently to this. but it still sounds as though you just need a simple adjustment.
