Default 96 Suburban water leak

I have a bad water leak, its between the valve cover and the intake manifod towards the front of the engine on the drivers side, is it the head gasket or another gasket?? please help

sounds like an intake manifold gasket to me, the head gasket would be lower or under the head

I have only pulled the upper plenum to service the injectors on my 97 Tahoe and have not pulled the lower portion of the manifold, but I don't see that it could be that much more involved, a few more bolts at most....some of the other members may have more experience and can provide more detail...
