Default no audio in a '15 LT...

Greetings, first-time posting here... I was doing a little 'inadvertent four-wheeling' yesterday - pulling a friend's 20' camper up an unpaved county "road" just south of Mt. Blanca, Colorado with my '15 Suburban LT rwd (Bose system; no NAV) - and it took some pretty hard whacks when I had to maintain speed (or get the trailer stuck). The main display froze and when I disconnected the battery, pulled fuses and restarted, the display stays dark and "Audio Off" comes up on thei instrument cluster. The main display does still show the feed from the backup cam when I put it in reverse, though.

I'm hoping someone's seen this or at least knows enough to point me in a useful direction... I don't want have to put any $$ into this crippled factory headunit that they won't update (.flac and Apple Lossless support would be f'ing *trivial* to add) and I don't want to have to replace it until Alpine rolls out their 10" 'Restyle' system for our SUV's...

Thanks!!
