Default New to site and new to chevy. any help on my 2015 tahoe is appreciated

I posted this in the new members section but figured it might go well here too.

Hi everyone, just purchased a 2015 Tahoe z71. Love the truck but am having issues with the lift gate not working. The key fob will pop the glass if i push it twice but will not release the trunk. Makes a noise and lights flash but no movement. Also push button in front above head doesnt work 100% of the time. And i cant get the hands free tailgate to work. (More of an issue when fiance goes shopping but i like knowing how the features work also) Any thoughts are appreciated.

Other issue is one of the bucket seats in the back rattles over bumps. Drives me nuts, any help on either issue? I literally only have 350 miles on the truck.

The **** is set at the full open position. I am actually at the dealership. They agree there is something wrong with the communication that is supposed to happen to raises the liftgate.

Let us know what they find. My lift gate on a 2011 does not work in extreme cold temps. But that is not a big deal to me.

The dealer replaced the module in the rear of the vehicle that controls the opening and closing of the liftgate. I have only had it back 2 days but has worked 100% of the time and the hands free feature worked right away and I was never able to get that to work before so that seems to have been the issue. The overhead button also works so it appears to be fully functioning.

Default lift gate

Not that I was trying, but my lift gate opens... even at the 10 degrees we had this AM.

power opens I mean. of course it manually opens as well. 2009
