CEL removal help

I have a 2007 LT suburban. I need to remove the CEL and replace it. Does anyone have instructions on how to do it? Or can you explain how? Much thanks

Im not sure there is a lightbulb on the CEL, how do you know its out? Is it on and you want it off?
