Default Need help!! CEL codes

Hey guys,

I have a 2006 cobalt SS with 2.4L. I have 2 engine codes that came up and i don't know what to do with them. I purchased a new cam position sensor and tried to place it on the intake side then erased the code... code came back so i put it on the exhaust side and erased it.. code is still there and i dont know what to do anymore. has anyone ever had this problem in relation to these to codes? and what should I do?

P0366 Camshaft Position Sensor "B" Circuit Range/Performance Bank 1
P0010 camshaft position actuator circuit

Thanks

Mitch

Welcome to the forum. P0366 means exhaust CMP sensor performance problem, i.e., an incorrect number of CMP sensor pulses detected. P0010, on the other hand, means intake camshaft position actuator solenoid valve control circuit problem, electrical in nature. I don't really see a connection between the two. Unless you're very lucky, throwing parts at the problem isn't going to solve it. Consider taking it in for service, any GM dealership.
