just buy a seat belt buckle from junk yard and put it in the slot

This will work, seems to be the only way........................

I got it!! There are 2 wires comeing from the seat belt latch. There easly unpluged under each seat with a small plug....[sm=groupwave.gif][sm=icon_rock.gif][sm=icon_rock.gif][sm=icon_rock.gif][sm=icon_rock.gif]

I just hope that doesn't disable the sensor in your seat telling the computer someone is sitting there. Won't be too pretty when you do crash and the airbags don't deploy.

drivers side doesnt have that sensor.

It doesn't effect that. plus, its easy to tell with the passenger airbag light... [sm=happy046.gif] [sm=wootwoot.gif]

I tried this in m 06 Silverado without any luck. When I turned the ignition to the ON position, it simply gave me an airbag maintence message and the seat belt light still came on; you are talking about unhooking the plug with the blue connector on the side you have to slide out first, correct?

I really have to wonder what the bid deal is about taking half a second to throw your seat belt on?

You guys are probably the same people who wouldn't dream of placing a child (any child) in your automobile without the proper safety restraints.........aren't you?

Its more likely a control issue ZX...they dont like being told what to do...they feel they must have control of their lives...
