Ever had an ignition Module test OK but needed replacement to solve the Prob?

Ever had an ignition Module test OK but needed replacement to solve the Prob?
I have heard of a few people that tested their ignition Modules at Autozone and the passed but they ended up replacing them anyways and there problems were gone!
Anyone else come across this?

Ignition Modules go out at the least expected time. Yes they can test good while in the vehicle especially at AutoZone or other parts stores because they will normally go out when temps under the hood get hot. once cooled down they will work fine. Just like an alternator. When you take it out and get it tested its usually cooled down enough to pass the test but once you put it back in you still have a problem when testing componets like these they need to be up to operatiing Temperature.
