Has any ever had ticking noise on there malibu and gotten rid of it

Exclamation Has any ever had ticking noise on there malibu and gotten rid of it
I have a 2000 Malibu and a Ticking noise for 2 years and I really want it gone. Has anyone ever had Ticking on the Malibu and gotten rid of it?!? Please tell me how you got rid of it. Thanks.

depends on what is "ticking". i will assume it is the infamous gm lifter tick. lucas oil stabilizer may help, but you may want a good shop to check to be sure what the noise is.
