2019 Camaros to Roll into Carlisle Nationals, June 22-24

Chevrolet to also exhibit new Hot Wheels models at Pennsylvania event.

As the Carlisle Chevrolet Nationals continues to grow, so does the involvement of Team Chevrolet as part of the annual June event. Happening June 22-24 at the Carlisle Pennsylvania Fairgrounds, the event showcases some of the best rides ever produced by Chevrolet, GM, Buick, and Pontiac.

Team Chevrolet will be located on the midway in an all-new display featuring the new Hot Wheels Camaro in both the coupe and convertible model. Also on display will be the 2019 Red Turbo 1LE Camaro Coupe, a 2018 Hyper Blue Metallic 2SS Camaro, the 2019 Oconus SS Camaro Coupe, a 2019 Satin Steele 2LT Camaro Convertible, and the 2019 Camaro ZL1/1LE. Chevrolet will conduct vehicle walk-arounds several times over the weekend, plus attendees will be able to chat with engineers direct from Chevrolet.

Event guests will also find a wide variety of vendors, an all-General Motors car corral, and the Manufacturers Midway vending area. Organized by year, make, and model, the National Parts Depot showfield will display a wide array of classic and modern General Motors products. Other activities during the weekend include the chance to ride shotgun with the UMI Performance team, the Fourth Annual Real Street Shootout, autocross, Nitrofest, a burnout contest, the Ms. Carlisle Chevrolet Nationals, and indoor displays of concepts, customs, performance, and historic vehicles.

Special guests over the weekend include Stacey David of Gearz TV, Detroit Muscle author Charlie Morris, and Matt Avery , the scribe behind the upcoming book COPO Camaro, Chevelle & Nova: Chevrolet’s Ultimate Muscle Cars, due this fall.

Other special displays at the Carlisle Chevrolet Nationals include “100 years of Chevrolet Trucks,” “20 Years of the LS Based Engine,” “60 Years of the Impala,” “The Second-gen Chevelle,” and the annual “Nova Nationals.”
