Customized by DT Auto Brokers, the classic pickup has been LS swapped, bagged, and features some sweet patina.

He might rap about Bentleys, but musician Post Malone is a big truck fan. He recently picked up a Hennessey VelociRaptor 6×6 and has a wild custom Ford Explorer in his collection. But for his latest automotive acquisition, he went a little more old school. His new ride is a beautifully restored 1968 C10 pickup.

The Chevy truck was restored and customized by Utah-based DT Auto Brokers. They recently posted the completed build on their Facebook page. They took a classic C10 shortbed and swapped out the original engine with a 6.0 liter V8 with an automatic 4L60E transmission, giving the truck a  nice bump in horsepower and torque.

The patina is especially stunning. DT Auto Brokers posted about it on Instagram, writing: “This truck’s been working on its paint job for the last 51 years. You can buy it if you promise not to paint it.”

The truck was also slammed and bagged with a a custom built air-suspension. What is pretty remarkable is that DT Auto Brokers had this cool truck up for sale for quite some time. And no one scooped it up! Posty, who has a home in the area, heard about the truck and bought it for $50,000. Which we think is a pretty great deal considering the amount of labor and parts it took to modify this vintage second-generation C10.

We must admit that that Post Malone has outstanding taste in his rides. Sure, he has some tasty exotics and luxury whips, but he equally appreciates a classic Chevy pickup.
