Silverado Duramax TKOs Subaru in TOW Battle

Hoonigans popped off their first Club Days at their headquarters days ago in support of the car culture featuring doughnuts and tasty smokey TOW battles.

This first of many Club Days which The Hoonigans are hosting at their Donut Garage in California invited the local Subaru club to join them this time around. In a great start to an early Spring season I can tell some of the Subaru specialists are over confident of their car’s power. For a Chevrolet Silverado Duramax at the event is challenged to tug of war battle only to take advantage of the unsuspecting super-tuned Subaru.

It ends quickly I think in the first clutch engagement for the Subaru but he still puts down the power like his STI could actually pull through that battle. He goes nowhere in a smokey disappointment upon the first throttle depression. It’s evident he is slipping around trying to pull the Silverado with no luck.

The Silverado just sits on his brakes only to apply that Duramax power to all four wheels and well that’s the end of that battle in my eyes. Just watch as the Subaru get tugged feet in reverse by the our beloved Chevy diesel powered Silverado pickup. Still the Subaru throttles down hard spinning his tires. In end I think the tug of war battle was all a decoy to do a safe, massive burn out in a tight space. Bravo Hoonigans, always know how to throw a party!
