Upstart company brings the party to you, and they do it in stylish, vintage Chevy trucks.

If there’s two things we love around these parts, it’s Chevy trucks and tasty beer. Combining the two just seems like a match made in heaven, so long as you aren’t talking about doing any driving after enjoying some cold brews. Turns out, we aren’t the only ones who enjoy these two things. And somebody’s already come up with a brilliant idea to mesh them together.

Chevy Trucks

Meet Tap Truck, a young, upstart company that builds, well, trucks with beer taps built into them. Specifically, vintage Chevy trucks. The idea came about when two San Diego natives, Corbin O’Reilly and Taylor Steers, decided to combine their love of classic American iron and beer. To date, they’ve converted a total of four Chevy trucks to deliver cold suds. Their fleet includes 1952 and 1965 Chevy panel trucks, a 1969 C-10, and a 1957 Apache.

Each of the trucks is outfitted with a tap system and kegerators. The vehicles are not only fixed up mechanically and cosmetically, but they’ve also received modifications to support the extra weight and cooling necessities. Right now, trucks are available to rent for special occasions in California and the northeastern U.S. For a reasonable sum of $20-$25,000, Tap Truck will also build you one of your own and let you use the brand for your own personal business!

We honestly can’t think of a better way to serve your friends at your next backyard party, wedding, tailgate, or corporate event. To date, Tap Truck has already booked quite a few gigs, including college football’s Poinsettia Bowl in San Diego last year. And honestly, it’s easy to see why. Because who wouldn’t want their next beer served out of a classic Chevy?
